Badge
What “Checked by VibeShields” means
Checked, on a date, for specific problems. Never “secured”.
What it means
The app showing this badge was checked by VibeShields on the date shown, by its verified owner's request, and that check found no serious problems in the things we look for.
What it does not mean
- It is not a guarantee that the app is secure. No scanner can promise that.
- It is not a penetration test, audit or certification.
- It covers only our checks: open Supabase and Firebase databases and leaked keys in the app's public files. See what the checks do.
When it changes
- It shows the date of the latest finished check.
- It pauses if a check finds serious problems.
- It says “check overdue” after 14 days without a check.
- It disappears if the owner turns it off or ownership can no longer be confirmed.
Privacy
The badge is a plain image. It sets no cookies and collects nothing about visitors.
